Current production time is approximately 1-2 weeks from the time payment clears. If you need your order shipped more quickly, please select the RUSH ORDER shipping option at checkout. This will bump your order up to the top of our priority list.

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Google Checkout, and Paypal.
Will the letters on my jewelry be straight?
No. Every piece in entirely handcrafted. Each character is stamped by hand, making it impossible to align the letters perfectly straight. Additionally, some letters may appear deeper than others. These slight variances add to the charm and uniqueness of a handstamped piece.
Will my jewelry look exactly like the photos shown?
No, in some cases your customized piece may look slightly different from the photos shown on our site. There may be slight variations in the word placement or other minor details. We will use our discretion and artistic abilities to make your piece look the best way possible.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, however international shipment time can vary greatly. First Class International takes about 2-6 weeks to arrive, depending on customs. Priority Mail International takes about 6-10 business days, depending on customs. We are not responsible for any customs fees you may incur.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
Reports of tarnish are rare. However, sterling silver can naturally tarnish over time. This can vary depending on the humidity, pH level of your skin, perfumes and lotions, etc. Storing your jewelry in an airtight plastic bag may help. A silver polishing cloth may also help. These are available under the "Add On" category page.
How do I track my order?
Your order details can be seen by clicking on the "my account" tab from the home page. International orders cannot be tracked.
What is your return policy?
Utmost care is taken to be sure that every piece meets our high expectations. There are no returns on personalized or custom orders. However, if an error is made on our part, we will fix it immediately. If the error was not ours, we will not accept the return.
